Responsibilities
• Meets National Vision's sales and company objectives• Adheres to National Vision's Code of Conduct• Brings National Vision's Mission, Vision, and Values to life• Assists with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses• Performs insertion and removal training of contact lenses• Educates clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care• Notifies customers when orders are ready or delayed• Assists customers with eyewear selection• Answers and screens incoming phone calls• Maintains cleanliness and safety protocols• Follows inventory control and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
• 1+ years of related experience or training in retail/customer service preferred• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish• Strong selling skills and ability to meet sales targets• Ability to give clear and concise instructions to customers• Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner• High School Diploma or equivalent
