Full job description Globe Trailers *Local candidates only* Job Title: Customer Support Representative This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team with handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a manufacturing setting. They will ensure that customers receive efficient and timely support and that their needs are addressed in accordance with company policies and standards. In addition, they will be in charge of managing our social media presence through posting, commenting, and messaging our followers as directed by our Sales Team.
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities: · Answering incoming calls and routing them to the relevant parties
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects.
· Follow up on customer interactions and ensure complete satisfaction.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within Zoho (CRM.)
· Prepare reports as requested by the sales department.
· Provide feedback to team regarding customer needs and service improvements.
· Create posts on social media channels based on company initiatives.
· Photographing completed trailers for documentation and marketing purposes.
Minimum Qualifications: · 1-2 years in a direct customer service role
· Detail oriented.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proficient in data entry and general computer skills. Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office and CRM.
Working conditions are typically that of a manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to high noise levels, extreme temperatures, and heavy machinery. It may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Hourly Rate: $22-$28 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM / Mon- Fri (overtime available on an as-needed basis)
