Position Duties:

Looking for a client focused individual who is passionate about Engineering Sales and business marketing strategy.

Client base includes: Engineering, Manufacturing, and Process companies. Specific targets include automotive, Tier 1 suppliers, general manufacturing companies, warehouse and distribution, appliance industry, aerospace industry, parcel and package industry.

Develop and manage corporate Marketing Strategy.

Manage the corporate website, develop and implement a strategy to improve SEO.

Prospect for new business, develop customer contacts and identify opportunities.

Support consultative relationships with new and existing clients.

Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Attend trade shows, B2B events, and networking events.

Provide a progressive marketing influence supporting the creation of corporate sales and marketing content with an interactive social media and company website presence.

Ability to strategically create and execute an effective marketing plan.

Organize and collaborate with all appropriate engineering departments, Sales Manager, and the Service Segment Leaders as needed.

Maintain contact with customers throughout the project life-cycle, attend progress meetings, and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.

Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal project team(s).

Provide and manage all aspects of Project Management services to clients from start-up to completion.

Skills and Experience Required:

7 – 10 years experience with a marketing, consultant, or engineering company.

5 – 10 years managing corporate business plans.

Manage CRM activities.

Coordinate the annual sales plan to meet company goals.

Experience updating and improving corporate presentations.

5 plus years supporting sales challenges with terms and conditions, payment terms, rates etc.

Prior experience attending and coordinating trade show activities, attendance ROI evaluations.

Minimum Education Required:

Preferred- B.S. in Business Management or Marketing

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office

Deltek Vision

ERP software is a plus
