About You: •Skilled and hungry as a top seller in distribution sales - achieving new business sales growth through existing and new distribution channels.
•A curious and energetic salesperson that takes responsibility to work independently and is driven for results
•3+ years of experience in sales and account management
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•Highly organized, focused self-starter with excellent time management skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
•Background in civil construction, design, landscaping or engineering; and the ability to read plans
•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business, marketing, or related field
