JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives and personal sales goalsAssist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their needs and budgetDemonstrate vehicles including test drivesKeep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customersMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
In addition: Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
Building rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale.
Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful purchase.
Collaborating with our team to reach sales targets on goals daily.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: An associate degree or a high school diploma.Clean driving record and able to pass background/drug screensA passion for sales and customer satisfaction.Quick learnerStrong customer service skills.The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interest.Work with team members to facilitate delivery of vehiclesFollow through with customers after the saleAttend staff meetings, training and other activities as requiredStrong written and verbal communicationsComputer and digital savvyMotivated and customer-focused
