Experience: 1 or more years' experience Customer Service and Office Administration preferred. Summary Responsible for all administrative duties necessary to support the Commercial HVAC and Commercial Roofing Sales Departments. Help connect all GSM Commercial Departments by maintaining and updating information in company software to help generate leads. Make outbound phone calls to customers to schedule appointments and follow up on open quotes. Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team. Provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to your customers and coworkers. Responsibilities Schedule and set up commercial leads for salesmen Manage salesmen calendars for site visits and meetings Set up sold commercial jobs to include contracts and permits Call customers to follow up on open quotes Input and update customer information in company software Provide W9's and Certificate of Insurance (COI's) to customers when requested Overall support of sales staff for Commercial Roofing and HVAC Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication Knowledge of customer service principal and practices Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment Good interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent GSM Services is ready to hear from you and help you get started with a great career.
