Account Manager - Sales The Commercial Account Manager - Sales is responsible for making sales calls to new and existing facilities, contractors, designers, distributors, and E-commerce B2B accounts. This role will actively assist and coordinate sales and marketing efforts for major product lines. Direct Hire Onsite for training then Hybrid work schedule Base salary $50K plus bonus/incentives Great staff, fun/friendly family environment Bring your dog to work Responsibilities: Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers using various marketing efforts and outbound prospecting.
Educate customers on the key benefits of ACP product lines and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Manage various-sized accounts by providing timely customer support, including answering questions, providing technical assistance, and processing orders.
Thoroughly investigate leads, prospects, and customers to understand sales opportunities.
Document all relevant information accurately in CRM systems, email, and shared documents.
Provide project management support as needed for accounts or the sales team.
Travel as required for tradeshows, sales calls, and other business-related events.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience with database management systems
Ability to learn and use CRM software, ERP systems, phone systems, and other relevant software products.
Strong communication skills
Must possess a valid driver's license.
