As a Manufacturing Clerk, you'll provide the necessary expertise for process flow in receiving, tracking, and supplying packaging and ingredients to specified facilities. Using Facility schedules, you'll maintain service and adjust as needed to achieve 100%.

What is the work?
Manufacturing Warehouse Operations:
- Properly documents all aspects of timely ordering, receiving, and processing invoices
- Safely operates all Facility/Plant material handling equipment
- Maintain close communication with adjacent Plant Partners
- Ensures operational benchmarks are on track daily (on-time staging and receiving)
- Performs all responsibilities of Manufacturing Sanitation and Manufacturing Warehouse Partners I and II as business needs fluctuate
- Performs other duties as assigned
Inventory Management - Receiving
- Performs item and slot maintenance to ensure products are accurately stored and shipped
- Ensures warehouse inventory is accurate and Facilities/Plants are properly invoiced
- Monitors code dates of products in warehouse inventory
- Monitors inventory accuracy through accurate inventory counts, proper scanning, and accurate receiving
- Ensures the first product in is the first product out
- Verifies Product ID (UPC, pack size, description) and quantity against purchase order
- Communicate with Inventory Analysts for received date verifications and adjustments
Compliance / Administration
- Successfully completes required training for the role and responsibilities; applies related knowledge to all responsibilities
- Takes appropriate actions to address Facility/Plant safety issues to leadership within Facility/Plant
- Takes actions to ensure work environment is clean and well maintained
- Takes a proactive approach to assist fellow Partners through their own actions (e.g., sharing of information - technical, facility/plant-specific knowledge, processes, procedures; takes other actions to help assimilate them into the work environment as opportunities occur
- Accountable for working scheduled hours and shifts; identifies opportunities for efficiency in day-to-day workflow; makes recommendation to appropriate member of leadership team
- Accurately completes work assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently and productively to support facility - s goals for on-time release of trailers
- Ensures efficient, timely product workflow
- Strives to meet individual / team / facility workflow goals; aims to provide superior customer service
- Ensures SOPs are followed to reduce product and equipment damage
- Orders packaging from 3PL
- Verifies Certificate of Analysis and approval with Quality Initiatives
- Coordination of inbound transfers and/or deliveries
Reporting & Documentation:
- Ensures purchase orders are processed accurately and closed within specific deadlines
- Processes cycles to include reconciliation, on a weekly basis
- Records, processes, monitors, accounts for, and tracks inventories, warehouse transfers, certifications, and invoicing accurately and on time
- Reconciles receiving, processing, transferring, and shipping transactions
- Troubleshoots/problem-solves system inventory and accounting issues
- Performs data entry tasks
- Compiles, organizes, and maintain reports
- Maintains and publishes reports such as period end report, weekly sales/gross margin, ending dollar value, detailed variances, invoicing, and billing
- Applies a general understanding of reports generated by supervisors and managers
What is your background?
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Relevant experience (preferred)

- Math skills (+, -, *, /)
- Reading and writing skills
- Organization skills; attention to detail
- Computer skills, including MS Office (preferred)
- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) language skills a plus

- Ability to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner
