Responsibilities
• Interact with customers to guide their RV purchase• Respond to leads and answer questions• Provide exceptional customer experience• Help customers select their perfect vehicle• Negotiate terms and close the deal• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction• Transition customers to the Service department
Requirements
• Meet and exceed sales targets• Train and learn all products• Gather correct paperwork for deals• Provide detailed product knowledge• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships• Work closely with the F&I department• Positive energy and good work ethic
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent communication and follow up skills• Ability to build rapport with customers• RV Sales experience NOT required• Experience in other Automotive Sales or Home Sales a plus• Willingness to work weekends
