The RV Rental Fleet Manager Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the RV fleet operated by Moto Nation. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure optimal fleet performance and customer satisfaction. The goals of the Fleet Manager:
• Maximum availability of assigned vehicles and optimal operational capacity of the Moto Nation RV Fleet.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience with Moto Nation.
• Basing of Fleet meets the operational demand.
EXPECTATIONS /RESULTS The Fleet Manager Assistant will be responsible for keeping the RV Rental Fleet running smoothly. They will adjust vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and regularly scheduled inspections to ensure maximum availability. The Fleet Manager Assistant must be able to prioritize assigned tasks and organize their workflow to maximize the availability of the RV fleet. They will monitor designated scheduling platforms to prevent and deconflict any instances of double-booking provide resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also monitor and update the Fleet/RV section of the Moto Nation website to ensure the most current and correct information is provided. The Fleet Manager Assistant will also contribute to the development and refinement of the overall business plan, particularly in areas related to the RV fleet. The Fleet Manager assistant will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all team members within Moto Nation and Wilson Hand LLC to facilitate a coordinated effort in achieving success.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of the RV fleet
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of RVs to ensure fleet readiness and compliance with safety standards
• Negotiate maintenance and cleaning contracts as necessary with local vendors
• Address and resolve customer feedback and concerns related to the fleet
• Generate regular reports on fleet metrics, analyzing trends and recommending improvements
• Collaborate with RV acquisition teams, service departments, and other
stakeholders to facilitate smooth fleet operations.
• Monitor and optimize vehicle utilization and scheduling to meet customer demand
Compensation
$25 per hour plus bonus to double your monthly income.
30 hours a week. This role will receive a competitive compensation.
The annual income for US-based employees for this role is $25 an hour. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background and experience. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
