The person in this position must understand and follow all operational policies and procedures as well as be able to step in and lead a team.
Qualifications for Roving Real Estate Manager at Shelter Corporation: High school Diploma, equivalent degree, or relevant experience required Experience managing communities of 100+ units for a professional real estate management company Tax credit and section 8 experience preferred Exemplary time management skills, the ability to self-direct, and the willingness to learn and assist above and beyond as part of "the team" Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Yardi experience preferred but not required Shelter Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer who values diversity in the workplace.
