Route Service Sales Representative

Job summary
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division.Route Service Sales Representatives drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Responsibilities
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental products• Build rapport with key decision makers• Ensure quality standards• Proactively solve customer concerns• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services• Negotiate service agreement renewals• Control inventory• Work professionally and safely• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Requirements
• Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.• Have an active driver's license• Be at least 21 years of age• Obtain a DOT medical certification• Provide documentation regarding previous employment• Meet the physical requirements of the position• Have a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation• Have self-motivation and the drive to work in a team environment• Have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
