You will work an 8-hour day shift and perform overtime activities as required. Review and assessment is determined by attainment of goals, monitored by area management. Responsibilities can include:
Completes chemical transfers and dispensing activities. Ensures materials are packaged following necessary guidelines. Ensures records are kept in an organized manner and are easily accessible. Must have a positive attitude, good communication and collaboration skills necessary to work effectively with customer service, supply chain and production on a regular basis. Willing to mentor, train others Receives precious metal products from manufacturing following required documentation practices. Completes the necessary SAP transactions in support of the dispensing process. Documents and verifies each step in the packaging process. Evaluates and helps implement improvement opportunities to ensure strong quality and customer focus. Ability to use LabVantage to ensure product is within passing specifications of customer request to fulfill customer orders efficiently and on time. Ability to package material as requested by customer and to specific product amounts. Ensures scales and other equipment used in the area meet the quality requirements and are checked and maintained as required. Works with supply chain and production to ensure planning is effective and packaged materials are transferred to distribution on time. Proactively escalates issues and/or changes to the timeline to supply chain and production's leadership team. Participates and completes job related training. Must be punctual with good attendance. Must be able to work overtime as required. Works occasional weekend to support Salts dispensing and/or production needs when needed. Knowledge of proper material handling procedures. Follows all safety regulations. Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot. Ensures the area is kept clean and in good condition, maintaining good housekeeping standards for the work area. Assists Supervision and the Operations Coordinator in maintaining proper safety and environmental practices in the area. Is a safety role model and helps the department model the Zero Incident and Zero Loss of Primary Containment mindset. Fully supports the implementation of safety programs for the department. Performs safety contacts, job safety audits, housekeeping audits, and safety inspections in support of area safety goals. Attends daily and weekly planning meetings as needed to ensure coordination with production and supply chain for the next day's and weekly activities. Provides training as required while promoting safe and environmentally responsible conditions, actions, and processes. Provides information for the development of training modules. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, required Must have good attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Experience with record keeping and data organization. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $27.50 - $30.00/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
