Room Service Order Taker

Working alongside the Room Service Department Head at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking an Order Taker who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environmentKnowledge of the hotel menus to handle inquiry callsDocument all orders accurately with specific guest requests communicatedTo frequently communicate with the Room Service Manager and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Room Service Department to stimulate continuous improvement.
