Responsibilities
• Clean guestrooms to standards within allocated time frame• Greet every customer with a smile and verbal greeting• Operate and maintain hotel equipment• Develop knowledge of hotel staff and services• Provide highest quality customer service• Handle guest lost and found• Complete assigned shift work checklist• Practice safety standards• Successfully complete education related to assigned duties and role• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Education or GED preferred• Previous experience in housekeeping• Must be able to multi-task effectively• Must read and understand the Employee Handbook• Must be able to follow policy and enhance professionalism• Shift availability for day shift• Hospitality, hotel, and cleaning experience preferred
