Job Description: As a Roofing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our roofing projects while actively contributing to the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in ordering supplies for roofing projects. Picking up materials for roofing projects as needed. Obtaining new business for the roofing company through effective sales strategies. Working closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Participating in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for business growth. Actively pursuing leads and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Requirements: Previous experience in roofing or construction industry preferred. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates willing to train and do things the company way Benefits: Competitive salary: $700-$800 per week plus commission.
