We do not offer on-the-job training for this role.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Roofing Subcontractor to join our team in the greater Grand Rapids area. As a Roofing Subcontractor at Above Roofing Inc., you will play a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission of providing homeowners with quality roofing services. We seek an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented crew with a proven track record of working together consistently.ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair various types of roofs, including shingle, metal, and flat roofs.Measure, cut, and shape roofing materials to fit around obstacles such as chimneys and vents.Apply waterproofing materials to roofs and flashings.Conduct job site inspections and identify any deficiencies or safety issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work collaboratively with the Project Supervisor to ensure the successful completion of each project.Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
