American Roofing & Waterproofing is currently seeking top sales professionals to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Benefits: Paid holidays after probationary.  Paid birthday after probationary.  Medical, dental, and vision hundred percent paid for by the company for the employee.
