We are seeking highly motivated Roofing Sales Representatives Outside our team. From Entry level roles to advanced sales positions, EXTERIOMAX ensures growth and overall success!
EXTERIORMAX is a rapidly growing roofing insurance restoration and remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland. Our teams build and maintain relations with new and established clients by utilizing sales techniques to provide the necessary information so they can make informed decisions about their restoration and remodeling needs. This position would entail conducting thorough roof inspections and assisting customers in initiating insurance claims for qualifying damages. Roles & Responsibilities Conducting thorough property/roofing inspections to assess for any damages Capturing detailed photographs and maintaining detailed notes on company CRM Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjustors Act as a liaison between insurance adjusters and customers to provide evidence of qualifying damages Willingness to travel and commute daily to meet various customers/clients (DMV/ Including Norther VA) Develop an effective pipeline of clients to follow up with and offer new opportunities or promotions Perform small roof repairs Meeting sales goals Ensure all final payments are collected from homeowners Benefits of joining EXTERIORMAX 100% Uncapped Commission & Bonuses (Expected first and second year earners range of $100,000-$150,000) Comprehensive paid training for first 60 days + Commissions Competitive Benefits package 401K + company match Company vehicle and gas card Growth and management opportunities- Owners and managers who CARE ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS Encouraging and enjoyable company culture- Work hard, play hard!
