Job description for a Roof Production Assistant in Louisville, KY, US -We are in need of a meticulous and well-structured Production Assistant to become a part of our roofing firm in Louisville, KY. As a Production Assistant, your key focus will be on facilitating our production team and ensuring the seamless execution of our roofing ventures. Your main duties will involve organizing project timelines, aiding in material acquisition, and delivering overall administrative assistance.Responsibilities:The Production Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth job flow in the field and in the officeOrder materials for and schedule jobs in timely mannerManage all permitting for jobs as needed to include application, scheduling inspections, and closing outFollow up/coordinate with subcontractors to confirm current days schedule (all trades)Review Production Scheduler from the day prior and confirm all jobs are completedUpload pictures, update Roofr accordinglyComplete Weekly file auditEnsure Subcontractor Agreement is signed/enforced for each crewManage job expenses and submit job costing worksheet for each jobQualifications:Previous experience as an assistant or construction experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, email, and ExcelAbout Company:You are probably wondering...'Why JT Roofs?'
