Position Title: Sheet Metal Roll Forming Operator
Reports to: Department Supervisor
Position Summary: Join our team as a Sheet Metal Operator, where you'll be at the forefront of bending, cutting, and forming sheet metal. From operating machinery like Shears, Trims, and Punch Presses to ensuring quality standards are met, this role is vital to our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate a variety of machines to bend, cut, and form sheet metal. Ensure products meet specified requirements and quality standards. Inspect materials before processing to prevent damage. Tag and identify rejectable items for further inspection. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications:
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands from management. Proficiency in operating machinery and using measuring equipment. Ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
