Salary 62,400 - 68,640 USD per year Requirements: - - Registered Nurse with a valid license in the State of Tennessee.
- Long-term care and supervisory experience are required.
- BLS CPR Certification.
Responsibilities: - As an RN Weekend Supervisor, my primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and coordinating nursing staff on weekend shifts.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team assigned to their individual units.
- Playing a vital role in the DON in-training (DONIT) program.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, quality and efficient patient care.
- Participating in the selection of team members and contributing to company policy development.
- Serving as a charge agent, challenging the status quo, and demanding clinical excellence.
