Overview:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for using the Nursing Process to meet the needs of patients according to the professional standards of nursing care. The RN assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy Fort Smith are followed.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred
Licensure: Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
Experience: Operating Room Experience
Certifications: CPR, PALS required certification and registration.
