Rn Med/Surg Night Shift

Responsibilities: Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments Document patient care given and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient Must-Haves: Valid RN license with the ability to practice in SC Must be willing to relocate to Hartsville, SC Must be willing to work within a small hospital (30 bed med/surg - 116 bed hospital) Active BLS required Nice-To-Haves: 1 year of experience Benefits: Competitive compensation Approximately 4 weeks of PTO per year Student loan repayment Specialty certification pay (CEN, CCRN, RN-BC, CPAN, etc.) Comprehensive benefit package Qualifying tuition reimbursement Professional Development Department Loyalty Rewards program Shared Governance councils Tickets at Work discounts Gym membership discounts Neptune Island Waterpark discounts
