Ebenezer and Arbor Lane Senior Living is looking for a LPN/Nurse. This nursing role is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior assisted living/memory care residents are met for our vibrant, beautiful, and busy community in Burnsville, MN.
This licensed practical nursing schedule includes;

Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners' orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans Required: MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Previous healthcare experience Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
