Provide superior care for residents. Complete resident's assignments effectively and promptly. Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly document and communicate with providers. Document accurately and completely. Requirements: Current Utah RN license and CPR certified Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently and work well in a team setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must have a positive attitude, be compassionate, and have great leadership skills.
