Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care at various facilities across the city. This is a permanent day-shift position, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our valued nursing professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice. Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications are current. Qualifications/Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Minnesota. Current BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications. Prior nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to work in different healthcare facilities within the Eagan area. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
