Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Health Educator to join our team in Fallon, Nevada. The RN Health Educator will play a key role in promoting wellness and educating patients on various health topics to improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement health education programs tailored to meet the needs of patients. Provide one-on-one counseling and guidance to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans. Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify risk factors and educate patients on preventive measures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients. Participate in community outreach programs and health fairs to promote health awareness. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Previous experience in health education or patient counseling preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
