Job Summary:Interim HealthCare, a leading home healthcare franchise, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team in Overland Park, KS. As an RN Case Manager for our home health division, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive and high-quality nursing care in the comfort of their own homes.
