Responsibilities
• Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of patient• Develop and implement nursing care plans• Maintain medical records• Educate patients and their families about various health conditions• Ensure physician's orders are transcribed appropriately• Assess patient's status and document significant changes• Complete nursing treatment plans specific to assessed needs• Administer medications accurately• Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently• Communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors, and coworkers
Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing• Prefer one year of nursing experience within clinical area• Current Arkansas RN license• First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification required
