Defense and Space Manufacturing company seeking to hire an RF Engineer who's experienced with both Radio Frequency and Radar.  We've been in business for over 20 years providing engineering and technical support to test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and the U.S. Navy.
What You Will Be Doing As one of our RF Engineers, you'll be responsible for serving as a technical advisor for a broad program involving development, budgeting, scheduling, project management, and installation of systems.  Duties include: 
Perform a range of design, development, and analysis to meet project deadlines Perform radar-engineering tasks (Antenna Theory, Microwave Engineering, Signal Processing, Control Systems, Computer, Communications, etc.) Complete design specifications, analysis, and design reviews for projects Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures Prepare, deliver, and submit technical papers, as well as perform engineering studies Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications Conduct site visits and experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations Test integrated systems using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, logic analyzers, and other test equipment What You Need for this Position Must possess a technical understanding of Radar/ RF Engineering and control systems Bachelor of Science in engineering required  Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of engineering to provide consultative services on development programs and in the design and development of systems and components Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision insurance benefits active on day 1 of employment Life Insurance Health Savings Accounts/FSA plans Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) w/ employer match of 50%, up to an 8% contribution with 100% immediate vesting Tuition Reimbursement Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
