Our Recovery Specialists make a difference by recovering overpayments from providers. This requires a collaborative, assertive, persistent, closing-sales approach while overcoming obstacles for payment of the overpayment. This role owns the process and manages cases with efficiency and exceptional time management. A minimum of 30 calls per day, touching / advancing 50 cases per day, and bringing in payment received of $45,000 per month required. Bonus available when monthly goals are exceeded!
