GPN manufactures and markets the full range of performance nutrition and lifestyle products including protein, pre-workout, muscle gainers, ready-to-eat snacks and general health. Products are sold through a variety of channels including specialty retail, the internet, gyms and FDM in a variety of formats including powders, bars and Ready-to-Drink beverages. 
We have an new opportunity open due to an internal move for a Manager, Revenue Growth Management. You will perform RGM analytics across pricing, price pack architecture (PPA), assortment, promotion and trade, delivering insights leading to both short-term and long-term RGM initiatives and strategy-setting.  You will also support commercial functions in ad-hoc requests (e.g., response to observed competitor actions in the marketplace, evaluating new promotion). 
Core responsibilities include: 
Lead core pricing (e.g., brand ladders, pack price curves), assortment, and promotional analytics for key accounts and across channel archetypes Provide fact base to assist in determining pricing guidelines on brand/pack/channel levelBuild and update price pack architecture (PPA) strategy and guidelinesAnalyze market trends and create associated reports for key brands and pack sizesAnalyze product volume, margin and competitive prices to provide recommendationsMonitor and provide consolidated view of competitor activitiesRun analytics to measure trade spend efficiency (e.g., incremental margin or growth per dollar invested in a given account) and make recommended changes Assess non-working trade spend for opportunities and efficienciesMonitor execution of pricing, PPA, assortment, promotion and trade initiatives (e.g., create summary reports & score cards), while participating in regular reviews (month-end, planning sessions, etc.)Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop customer sell-in stories when neededCreate training materials, reference documents, and best practice guidelines to continuously educate cross-functional business partners Skills needed: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business with at least 5 years of experienceComputer skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint is required – knowledge of NielsenIQ is a plusCommunication skills – advanced writing and communication skills, and be able to interact and persuade individuals levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance)Analytical skills – ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results) The Manager of RGM will work to further integrate the RGM function across the organization, through leading educational sessions, sharing best practices, and establishing reference materials. Glanbia is a global nutrition company, grounded in science and nature and dedicated to providing better nutrition for every step of life's journey. The company takes pure and clean ingredients including milk, whey and grains and using expert knowledge and capabilities produces high quality nutritional ingredients and branded consumer products for customers and consumers worldwide.
