Responsibilities
• Support Revenue Cycle Payer Credentialing system• Data management, performance improvement, development, documentation, testing, training, and upgrades• Develop reports and templates for monitoring payer credentialing database• Prepare and deliver presentations• Facilitate root issue remediation• Collaborate with peers to develop and maintain report sets• Participate in training and in-servicing sessions• Maintain payer credentialing database• Review and test system updates and configuration changes• Assist the payer credentialing Billing Manager• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Finance Management or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience with payer credentialing processes, revenue cycle systems, and healthcare billing• Experience with reporting, business intelligence, and reimbursement processes
