Responsible for coordinating any or all aspects of plan conversions for defined contribution plans, whether the plan is a startup, one being converted from another record keeper or an existing BOKF client plan moving from the periodic to daily environment. Plan conversion responsibility includes not only processing considerations, but also ensuring that information available for loading to the Omni recordkeeping system will allow the plan to be processed in accordance with the plan document and applicable laws and regulations, once converted. The position may also be responsible for updating and maintaining client data, creating, modifying and/or running sponsor reports, coordinating participant statement submission with external vendor, and handling global processes affecting all daily recordkeeping plans. This position has a training and oversight role for entry level manager positions related to conversions, voice/web coordination, sponsor reporting, and many other functions. This includes performing quality control and verification of plan setups and approval of large dollar manual trades. Team Culture We are a collaborative, conscientious, and goal-oriented team. How You'll Spend Your Time You will meet with administrative officers and assume a lead role in calls with clients and recordkeeping institutions to determine needs, time frames, and priorities. You will perform reconciliation of participant balances by source of funds and investment balances to assets or cash received from prior record keeper/trustee. You will oversee functions related to conversion. You will initiate and verify trade interface; communicate status reports to all parties and assist sales officers with managing client expectations. You will perform annual compliance testing for all plans; work to coordinate the receipt and editing of client information, issuance and verification of reports, and confirmation of input and output. You will prepare sponsor reports, initiate and maintain changes on applications and be responsible for processes affecting all recordkeeping plans. You will work with statement vendors regarding programming changes and updates to the system and perform user acceptance testing for new releases of the recordkeeping system. You will oversee Junior peers. You will assist sales officers during pre-closing phase by participating in meetings with prospective clients, explaining capabilities and options for custom programming required to support unique plan requirements; coordinate brainstorming meetings with management, recordkeeping, valuations, and Securities Services managers to develop solutions to particular client needs not presently supported on the recordkeeping system. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-7 years of directly related experience in employee benefits with 3-4 years of experience in plan administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
