Responsibilities
• Provide retirement plan fiduciary services to business clients, including plan committee reporting preparation, and participant support services• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and meetings• Analyze plan design alternatives and develop custom strategies to help business clients achieve their financial goals• Monitor and manage clients' core 401(k) menu, making adjustments as needed• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in retirement plan consulting• Collaborate with other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, to provide holistic plan services in plan design and plan audit support
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field• Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation preferred• Proven experience in financial services• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software• Retirement plan industry experience whether record keeping, TPA or wholesale financial intermediary• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
