IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for our growing Dayton, OH client. We are recruiting a Sales Counselor to promote our clients leading premier retirement community in the greater Dayton, Ohio area by selling apartment leases. This sales position works directly with prospective senior adults and their families to showcase all our client's retirement community has to offer. We MUST HAVE candidates that have experience in the Senior Community Housing/Leasing market. This sales position earns a competitive wage plus generous commissions typically reaching 100K annually . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR As a Retirement Community Leasing Sales Counselor, you work directly with prospective senior adults and their families looking to make our clients community their home.
You are assertive in meeting occupancy goals, and follow-up regarding each potential client. You plan and organize marketing events to generate interest in the community and are a creative problem-solver. Using your excellent communication skills, you prioritize developing positive relationships with others, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction, in part, comes from enriching the lives of the senior adults you are working to place in a beautiful new home and community!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR College degree or equivalent sales experience MUST have experience in the senior retirement community space. Strong customer service skills & Excellent oral and written communication skills Do you enjoy working with senior adults who have varying levels of health and ability? Can you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a demonstrated history of sales success? If yes, you might just be perfect for this sales position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR This full-time position work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm . Some weekends and evenings may be required for marketing events.
