A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR As a Retirement Community Leasing Sales Counselor, you work directly with prospective senior adults and their families looking to make our clients community their home.
You are assertive in meeting occupancy goals, and follow-up regarding each potential client. You plan and organize marketing events to generate interest in the community and are a creative problem-solver. Using your excellent communication skills, you prioritize developing positive relationships with others, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR College degree or equivalent sales experience MUST have experience in the senior retirement community space. Strong customer service skills & Excellent oral and written communication skills Do you enjoy working with senior adults who have varying levels of health and ability? Can you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a demonstrated history of sales success? If yes, you might just be perfect for this sales position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY LEASING SALES COUNSELOR This full-time position work schedule is Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm . Some weekends and evenings may be required for marketing events.
