Responsibilities
• Delivering highly satisfied customer experience• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Embodying customer experience principles and philosophy• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store• Role modeling established customer experience practices• Supporting and embodying positive store culture• Accurately processing customer purchases/returns• Promoting credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions• Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and procedures• Processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor• Participating in store recovery as needed• Maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and constructive feedback• Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals• Participating in safety awareness and maintenance
Requirements
