As a retail technology device installer, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding products against theft by implementing cutting-edge smart lock technology. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining these advanced security locks to ensure the safety of products on the sales floor. Responsibilities: Perform various tasks including disassembling, assembling, and relocating fixtures, shelving, merchandise, and Point of Purchase materials within retail environments. This includes assembly and removal of security devices. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas through basic housekeeping and general cleaning. Collaborate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently. Promptly report any project-related issues to the designated project lead. Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships with store staff and customers. Record arrival, billable time, breaks, and departure accurately. Prioritize safety and adhere to all company and customer safety protocols. Monitor emails regularly throughout the day to stay updated on project communications and respond as necessary. Review weekly schedules and promptly notify field management of any scheduling conflicts. Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping within the company's reporting systems on a daily basis. Review timecards in the online timekeeping system and report any discrepancies to field management by the end of the work week. Be flexible to work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet project requirements. Utilize available work hours efficiently to maximize productivity. Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for punctual attendance at work locations. Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and blueprints such as Plan-O-Grams, RIGs, training videos, and layouts. Proficiency in using hand tools and some power tools like a cordless drill. Must own basic hand tools and a cordless drill. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic computer and smartphone skills.
