We are looking for a leader for our team of notch marketers that work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding cities. This is a unique opportunity to both grow a sales team of lead generators as well as use your relationship building skills to connect with store associates and managers in order to ensure all stores deliver the lead flow needed to achieve the budgeted revenue requirements.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage retail programs aligned with company strategy and objectives. You will hire, train, coach, motivate and lead a team of top notch marketers who approach customers every weekend in a big box retail setting to generate Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as to set appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system). Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities. Serve as the face of the business with regard to partnering with Store and District management teams Track program performance metrics and report on key findings to team Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the program lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Analyze program data and recommend improvements. · Weekend Work is REQUIRED
· Typical work week of Friday – Wednesday
o Mon – Wed are a mix of in store training, business review, and admin days
o OFF Every Thursday
o Friday and Saturday are almost exclusively in the store driving your team and participating in stores events to deliver that weeks needed leads
Sunday's are in the stores and on the phone with your sales team as needed to deliver expected KPIs
