What you will do:
Serve as the manager on duty and lead the salesfloor and oversee the salesfloor and the associate team.
Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn't it. This is a selling position.
Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least one year of Shift Manager in retail experience
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
