Open and close retail locations as directed by management Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations Lead, train and supervise team members in maintaining retail standards, policies, and procedures. Lead and supervise team members in completing store operational needs by assigning tasks and following up with team members. Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops Previous cash handling experience required Previous experience working with point-of-sale system required High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions Bending, reaching, and climbing on step stool. Majority of time spent in indoor, climate-controlled environment of retail store. May also be exposed to partially sheltered outdoor environment subject to climate fluctuations.
