Role Description:
We're looking for a Retail Success Manager specializing in Convenience Stores/Retail to cultivate strong relationships with assigned Convenience Store Partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor on the various value-added offerings we provide within this strategic vertical. This role entails staying abreast of industry trends through newsletters, blogs, and events, and sharing best practices with our client partners. Responsibilities include leading and facilitating the onboarding process for assigned clients onto our cutting-edge technology platform, Precision POP / Precision POP APP, designed to streamline marketing strategies and execution processes.
The Retail Success Manager will engage in onsite visits with clients on a quarterly basis to conduct store tours, offer cost optimization strategies, and support special projects as needed. Collaborating closely with a Project Manager, they will ensure the timely and quality delivery of kit promotion orders. Additionally, this role will involve leading presentations for assigned Convenience Store Partnerships and being evaluated based on key performance indicators related to retention, growth, and overall partnership satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop retail value-added services to drive company growth.
- Lead and onboard assigned partners onto Precision POP and Precision POP APP.
- Support National Sales Director and President in new sales opportunities and active RFPs.
- Review existing processes and educate customers on industry best practices for their marketing efforts.
- Participate in key publications, tradeshows/events within the C-store and Retail Industry, and become a subject matter expert in the C-Store vertical.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and goodwill visits with assigned key customers.
- Coordinate with customers to establish a kit production schedule and provide training on timelines.
- Lead and support special projects as they arise outside of the monthly sales plan.
- Directly responsible for customer retention, growth, and overall partnership satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail and Sales.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Approachable and professional team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a flexible schedule, remote position with high demand.
Travel:
Up to 50% travel required, including visits to Vivid Impact Corporate, industry events, and customer goodwill visits.
