ABOUT THE ROLE Be a Store Manager for Uniform Advantage / UA Brands in West Allis, WI.
We help nurses, therapists, veterinarians and other healthcare professionals feel comfortable and look great as they work miracles large and small.

HERE'S THE GOOD STUFF Competitive hourly base pay plus commission: Estimated compensation $60,000 annuallyWeekly bonus opportunity: earn up to an extra $140 every monthfor reaching store goals!Monthly store and individual contests to win prizes!Individual SPIFFs to earn extra $!$250 bonus for referring a friend to work at Uniform AdvantageFull-timers work 40 hours a week WHAT YOU'LL DO Go above and beyond to serve the customerBe a terrific team leader: motivate, coach and mentor, set and communicate goals, recognize great work and ways to improve – always with fairness and consistencyWork with Retail Purchasing to carry what your customers loveMeet your sales goalsRun your store efficiently – control costs to boost profitsKeep up with the day-to-day: scheduling, tracking employee performance, and keeping the store clean and stockedKeep an eye on the bottom line: control expenses and follow Loss Prevention directivesIdentify and communicate business concerns and be an active problem solverTravel locally to visit key accounts, find new customers and make bank deposits OUR "MUST HAVES" Supervisory skills, including strong organizational and professional communicationsSelf-starter: detail-oriented and eager to follow through promptlyMulti-tasker: handle multiple customers and projects at onceWindows savvy: training on internal POS will be providedIntermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (knowledge of Excel a plus), 40+ wpm typing speedFlexibility to accommodate opening or closing shiftsSuccessful completion of criminal background check and online assessmentA valid driver's license and active auto insuranceMust be 18 or over with a High School Diploma or GED.Previous managerial experience. IT'S A PHYSICAL JOB Walk and stand for long periods of timeUse hands and arms to reach for and handle merchandise, boxes, cleaning supplies and other itemsSit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlLift, push and/or pull up to 40 poundsSafety measures to help protect staff and customers through COVID-19Occasionally work offsite at "pop-up" stores at client hospitals or officesPlenty of benefits too.
