• Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors• Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies• Assist with execution of merchandising and marketing• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards• Build effective relationships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients• Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
Requirements
• Ability to take direction• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail• Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas• Available to work a varied schedule
