Responsibilities
• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.• Advise customers by providing information on products.• Process payments by totaling purchases on the point of sale system.• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Use judgment to solve customer problems.• Maintain scheduling commitments.
Requirements
• Friendly and outgoing personality.• Excellent verbal skills.• Able to problem solve as issues arise.• 18+ years old.• Retail or customer service experience required.• Must be able to work weekends.• Be able to lift 40 lbs.• Be able to stand on your feet for an entire shift, up to 8 hours.• Pass a background check.
