Retail Salespers

Willow Spring Mercantile in Excelsior Springs, MO is looking for one retail salesperson to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 249 E Broadway. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Prefer a teammate with customer service and wine and liquor experience. This fun environment is tourist-centric and encourages relationships with guests and the community. A fast paced environment that requires an energetic and creative individual. Responsibilities Must be able to understand the wine and spirits culture helping guests with alcohol purchases. Manage inventory, cash register and phone system. Main focus is sales and customer service in a tourism environment. But also help manage guest seating in dining room and restocking of product. Qualifications Prefer retail and wine experience, high school degree, must be 21, comfortable in a busy multitasking environment managing several tasks at once.
