• Evaluate customer's potential product needs and make recommendations• Provide exceptional customer service• Assist customers with interpreting and paying their account statements• Answer customer questions and make changes to account data• Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products• Maintain detailed product knowledge and competitive information• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required• 1-3 years related experience preferred• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and be on your feet constantly• Willingness to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store
