Essential Functions Lead SportingStyle associates by providing training, scheduling and overseeing game day operations. Provide excellent customer service to all fans and guests by answering all emails and phone calls promptly, handling all returns and exchanges, and ensuring that all internal orders are filled. Set up products, create plan-o-grams, visual merchandising displays and advertisements in accordance with Sporting Kansas City standards in a manner that will promote sales and revenue. Oversee SportingStyle associate match day sales contests and recognitions. Ensure that all SportingStyle retail stores and kiosks are set to plan-o-grams, well stocked, clean and organized. Responsible for preparing reports and briefings on budgets and sales analysis. Work with the Sporting KC Marketing Department to create and execute content on SportingStyle social media accounts. Execute sales events outside of Sporting KC matches throughout the year. Work with operations associates to maintain accurate inventory of stock and order merchandise as needed. Implement the retail point of sale and inventory management hardware and software. Represent Sporting Kansas City and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Game Day Responsibilities Manage SportingStyle game day associates. Coordinate game day sales contests and associate recognition. Provide customer service for fans in the stadium. Troubleshoot fan or associate needs to make a seamless game day experience. Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Marketing or other related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of retail and fashion experience. Prior experience leading a team - fashion retail management experience required. Graphic design experience preferred, but not required Working knowledge and experience using Adobe products, and graphic design ability preferred. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
