Retail Sales Associate

MMI Hotel Group at Switzerland Inn is looking for a friendly and outgoing  Retail Sales Associate to service and sell products and services The Swiss Shoppe , our coffee and custard shop, offers. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, including working with the guest by describing the details of the product and answer any questions they may have, this could be the job for you!  
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills and knowledge of how to engage with guests and sell merchandise; be able to work various shifts and be able to work under pressure. Ultimately, you'll ensure an excellent experience for our guests. Additional responsibilities will include making hot and cold beverages for guest, answering questions about the resort, and serving snacks and pastries.
